NEW RINGER STORY: IN THIS NCAA TOURNAMENT, LAUREN BETTS HAS BEEN MORE THAN ENOUGH
The UCLA center has been one of college basketball’s most dominant players. But finding her confidence wasn’t easy.
Hi everyone! I can’t believe it’s the Final Four!!! Lauren Betts has led UCLA to its first berth in program history, and I hope you will read my story on her.
I began working on it in January, and I’m so thrilled that the timing has worked out for it to run now.
This is a story about enoughness, community, perseverance and joy. She’s gone through so much—and so many of us have. I hope you relate to her struggles and understand how much it took for her to get to where she is today. Thanks as always for reading, and please share if you can!:

And just another gentle ask: if you read my new book on Hakeem Olajuwon, could you please leave a rating and review on Amazon and Goodreads? Both of them matter very much to the algorithim—so I can keep writing books :) Tell a friend to tell a friend:
